Profile Images in the Client Portal

Both team members and your clients can upload their own profile photos in the practiceQ secure client portal.

Team Members

This includes practitioners and assistants, either user type can set their profile image in the portal.

To do this, load up a client's message channel in the back-end, and click on the icon beside your name.

This will bring up a prompt that allows you to upload a photo that will be used as your avatar for portal communications.

Clients

For clients, they'd simply need to be signed in to the portal and in the "Messages" channel. From there they can click on their user icon to upload a profile photo, just like practitioners can.
