Time to Book Again
In some clinics you may need to see clients on a regular basis, so it can be useful to send them a reminder when it's time to book their next appointment.
practiceQ has an automated feature to set this up so you can be hands-off. The primary difference between this type of message and the regular scheduled message is that, with this option, practiceQ will not send anything if the client has booked a new appointment since then.
You are free to create more than one email for this purpose. For example, you may have one email sent when it's been 1 month since their last visit, then another email sent again if it's been 3 months, and another one after 6 months.
Clients who have been archived will not receive this email.
To set up the "Time to Book Again" email, navigate to "Bookings > Booking Settings > Messages > Add Email". On the next screen select the "Create a 'Time to Book Again' email template" option and you'll be presented with all of the available setup options.

Please do not use this feature for marketing purposes as it may cause the phone carrier to block all your messages coming from intakeQ.
