PracticeQ allows you to mark questions as "office use". These questions will be hidden when your clients are filling out the forms, and your staff can complete them after the form is submitted by the client.
Mark a Question as "Office Use"
Click My Forms and open the form you wish to edit.
Select the question on the left panel.
Click Question Options.
Check the box labeled For office use only.
Complete Office Use Questions
Once your client has submitted the form, complete the questions that were marked for office use.
To do so, open the submitted form and click the Edit Form button.
The intake form will open in edit mode; only the questions that were marked for office use will be editable.
Only questions marked for office use can be edited.
Alternatively, you can just print the form and fill out those questions by hand.
