Offline Response Option (Fill Form by Hand)

There is convenient way for your clients to notify you that they are printing and completing your intake form by hand.

Enable Offline Responses

1. Click My Forms and open the form.
2. Click the three dots icon and select Settings.
3. Uncheck the box labeled Hide Print button.
4. This will add a Fill this out by hand button to the top of the form.
5. When a client clicks this option, the Respond Offline box will display.
6. If the client indicates that they will complete the form offline, you will receive a notification letting you know that this form will not be submitted electronically.

Disable Offline Responses

If you prefer not to give clients the option to fill a form out by hand, you can require that the form be filled out electronically. Some of the reasons for that preference could be:

• Electronic forms can be more professional looking.
• You want to ensure access to their answers before the consultation.
• The great "Practitioner’s Notes" feature on our electronic forms.

Follow these steps:

1. Click My Forms and open the form.
2. Click the three dots icon and select Settings.
3. Check the box labeled Hide Print button.
