Section Titles for Charting Notes

Charting notes, assessment and treatment plans can sometimes contain dozens of questions which can result in a lot of scrolling. To help mitigate this, both IntakeQ and PracticeQ have a question type called 'Section Title / Note'. Check out the below video for a walkthrough or see the full instructions below!

In your account:

Head to My Forms then open the Note Template you want to add sections to by clicking on its icon. Now click Add New Question using the light green button in the upper right corner. While questions can be dragged and dropped after adding its easier to click on the question above where you want your new question to be as the system automatically adds the new question below. Under Question Type on the right-hand side you'll have a dropdown menu, choose 'Section Title / Note' then give your section a title and description if desired. Repeat for all the sections you'd like. 

Note: All questions below a section title will be grouped together until the next section title.

Now when you go to fill out charting note you'll see an arrow icon beside the section titles! This will allow you to expand or collapse notes for easy navigation while filling out your treatment plan and a faster way to review if necessary
