IntakeQ and Reimbursify: Missed Appointments

❌ Prevent Claim Submission When a Patient Misses Their Appointment

Make sure that Reimbursify does not submit claims for patients who miss their appointments. Here is what to do:

1. Click Bookings.
2. Click the appointment on the Calendar.
3. Select More → Mark as Missed

❗ Marking as "missed" prevents claim submission, even if the appointment is marked as paid.
