White Label SSL Certificate Update Instructions

When you get a notification that your SSL certificate is expiring, please follow these instructions to update the certificate:

1) Log into your IntakeQ account

2) Navigate to https://intakeq.com/#/websites

3) Go to the "SSL" tab

4) Upload Private Key File in RSA format (UI mistakenly says PEM format):

5) Upload Certificate File in PEM format:

6) Select Certificate Authority from the dropdown:

7) Click the green "+ Upload SSL" button

Once you upload the new SSL certificate, our development team will be notified. They will review and approve the new certificate, at which point it will become active.

Please Note: we highly recommend you don't use "Let's Encrypt" free SSL certificates, as these expire every three months. We recommend that you use SSL certificates which are valid for one year.
