Reimbursify: Test Your Integration

After you have set up your IntakeQ and Reimbursify integration, verify that it works:

🧪 Test the Integration

1. After payment and setup, Reimbursify will test import one or more of your previous appointments.
2. Requirements for testing:
   • Client opted in via "Reimbursify Opt-In"
   • At least one paid appointment with diagnosis/treatment codes
   • Optional: Insurance card images
3. Email hello@reimbursify.com with:
   • First name + last initial(s) of test client(s)
   • Date(s) of service to use
   • Whether insurance card images were uploaded
4. Once verified, the integration will go live for all future eligible appointments

🔁 Optional: Reimbursify can bulk-import up to 6 months of past appointments. Just let them know how far back to go.
