Here is what each Client Form Permission means in PracticeQ:
• Can view forms
• User can see forms in Read Only Mode
• User's ability to view forms on a client's timeline or in Lists → Questionnaires will be hidden if this permission isn't granted
• This permission is required for all further settings in this category
• Can send forms
• User can send forms to a client
• Can edit forms
• User can edit forms on a client's timeline
• This is needed for signing off on Office Use Only fields and filling out Office Use Only fields
• Can archive forms
• User can archive forms
• Archived forms do not show up under the Lists → Questionnaires page
• Archived forms do not show up the Extract Data page
• Archived forms do not get calculated under Reports → Questionnaires
• Archived forms do appear on a client's timeline
• Can delete forms
• User can delete forms on a client's timeline
• User can restore forms under the Client Timeline and Event Logs - this permission is required
• Can share forms
• User can share previously filled out forms under a client's timeline
• Can be shared with the client or a 3rd party
• Can view anonymous forms
• Anonymous forms are ONLY viewable under the Lists → Questionnaires page
• Set advanced permission per form
• This allows you to limit access to questionnaires, treatment notes and consents on a the client's timeline.
• If access is NOT granted, the note/form is still visible, but goes to an error page when you try to open it, stating you don't have permission
• If you have access to a questionnaire but NOT a consent form, then opening a questionnaire with that consent form will make the consent form invisible for that staff member
• The practice admin can grant access in the form permissions for the full package OR questionnaire only, so if access is granted to the form package, you can view the consent form, even if you would NOT normally have access to view that consent form
