Note Permissions

Note Permissions control the Notes on the Client timeline, plus the information on the Lists → Notes tab.

• Can view notes

• User can view notes in Read Only Mode 
• User can view Treatment Notes on a client timeline
This permission is required for all further settings in this category
• Can create notes
• User can create, fill out and lock notes.
• Can unlock notes
• User can unlock a Treatment Note
• Can edit notes
• User can sign Treatment Notes created by another user 
• User can do the above without unlocking the Treatment Note
• Can delete notes
• User can delete treatment notes
• Notes can be restored under the Client Timeline or in the Event Logs 
• This permission allows for restoring notes as well as deleting.
• Can share notes
• User can share notes with the client or a 3rd party
• Notes can contain information that's damaging to clients; this permission should NOT be enabled if not necessary
• Notes are never auto-shared with clients; they must be shared manually.
Office Use Only fields on treatment notes are NOT visible to clients when notes are shared with the client, However, they are visible when shared with a 3rd party, faxed or printed in the office!
• Can view CPT codes
• User can view CPT codes on an appointment ( More → Appointment Details
• User can view CPT codes on the CPT question/Appointment details question
