Client Permissions

Client Permissions control client timeline visibility and the functions in the Lists → Clients tab.

• Can view clients profiles

• User can view client profiles in Read Only Mode  
• User can view client timelines
• The client search magnifying glass and Lists → Clients are hidden if this permission is not checked
This permission is required for all further settings in this category
• Can edit client profiles
• User can edit and update the client timeline Basic information fields.
• If this permission is checked, the user can edit all fields stored in the mapped fields of a client timeline
• Can archive clients
• User can archive a client
Note: Archiving a client does the following:
• It prevents the client from showing up via the client search magnifying glass and Lists → Clients (unless status is set to Archived or All)
• It prevents the client from being sent any email or SMS in the system, even when you click Send Form
• This applies to all Email/SMS messages, including portal password resets
• Archiving a client does not prevent the client from logging into the client portal, sending portal messages, or filling out forms.
• Can delete clients
• User can delete a client record
• Only the account admin can restore a deleted client from Reports → Audit Trail
• Can export client list
• User can export a CSV from  Lists → Clients
• Can manage price schedules
• User can add clients to the price schedule
• User can set up new price schedules

• While the price schedule system is housed in the admin account, users can add clients/edit price schedules under the client timeline
