Messaging Permissions
Messaging Permissions control Client Portal accessibility via the Chat Icon and the Client timeline → Portal tab.
• Can view messages
• User can view messages in Read Only Mode
• Client timeline → Portal is hidden if this permission is not checked
• This permission is required for all further settings in this category
• Can send messages
• User can send messages to clients in the client portal
• Can invite clients
• User can invite clients to the client portal
• Can clear messaging channel
• User can remove and delete all messages in a client's portal
• This action leaves all shared forms/invoices in the Forms/Invoices tab
• Can disable messaging channel
• User can disable a messaging channel for a client to prevent the client from sending messages
• Can change portal settings
• Use can customize a practitioner's portal settings beyond the Notifications page
• IMPORTANT: All Email Notifications, Welcome Messages, Auto Responders are account-wide, so any changes made will affect the entire clinic!
• Can delete any messages
• User can delete any message (From a client or team member) on a client's channel
