Tasks Permissions
Task Permissions control staff member access to the Task system, and to the Task Automation pages.
• Can view tasks
• User can view their own tasks
• User can make notes on their tasks
• User can close their tasks
• User can assign their tasks to someone else
• This permission is required for all further settings in this category
• Can create tasks
• User can create their own tasks
• Can delete tasks
• User can delete their own tasks
• Can view others tasks
• User can view the tasks of other people
• User can view unassigned tasks
• Can edit others tasks
• User can make notes for tasks of others
• User can reassign the tasks of others
• User can close the tasks of others
• User can close unassigned tasks
• Can delete others tasks
• User can delete tasks of others
• User can delete unassigned tasks
• Can manage processes
• User can view and set up task automation in More → Processes
