File Manager Permissions

The File Manager permissions control staff member access to the Client Timeline Files tab.

• Can view files

• User can view files on a client timeline only 
• User can open the files and print 
•  The Files tab is hidden if this permission is not checked
This permission is required for all further settings in this category
• Can edit files
• User can rename files on the client timeline
• User can move these files into folders or to the root
 • Can delete files
• User can delete files on the client timeline from the Files tab
• Can manage folders
• User can create folders and nested folders in the Files tab.  
IMPORTANT: All folders added here apply to all clients. There is no way to add a folder here and have it apply to only a single client or single practitioner's clients
• Can upload files

• User can upload files under Client Timeline → Files
