Staff Comments Permissions
The Staff Comments Permissions control staff member access to the Staff Comments tab in the Client Timeline.
• Can view staff comments
• User can view staff comments
• If this permission is not checked, the Staff Comments tab is hidden
• This permission is required for all further settings in this category
• Can create staff comments
• User can create and post messages on Client Timeline → Staff Comments
• Can delete staff comments
• User can delete their own staff comments
• User can delete staff comments from other team members
• Note: Staff can delete their own comments for five minutes after posting the comment. This grace period is in the event of human error or typos. After five minutes, they can no longer delete their own comments if this permission is not checked.
