Special Permissions

The Special Permissions category contains permissions not covered in the previous sections.

• Can access all clients

• Allows Practitioners to view all clients
• If this permission is not checked, Practitioners will only see clients assigned to them
Note: If a Practitioner has access to all clients, the assistant who manages that Practitioner will have access to all clients. This will be the case even if the assistant does not have this permission checked.
• Can manage team members
• Allows Practitioners to view other Practitioners in the Lists page.  
• If this permission is not checked, Practitioners can only view themselves
• Assistants can view all Practitioners that they have access to manage
• Can request signatures
• User can request a signature on a form or note from a client or from a 3rd party
• Can manage client tags
• User can add or delete client tags
• Can manage subscriptions
• User can view the More → Subscription page 
• User can update the credit card on file
• User can add Practitioners slots 
• User can cancel subscriptions
• Hide appointment prices
• This is a unique permission. It completely hides appointment pricing information by disabling access to the invoicing system, claims system, and ability to view appointment details. 
• This includes the invoice linked to an appointment. 
• When this permission is checked, Reports → Income is disabled
• When this permission is checked, the ability to export Lists → Appointments to a CSV file is disabled
• Can manage integrations
• Allows an assistant or Practitioner to manage a Practitioner's More → Settings → Integrations page
• This page will be hidden if this permission is not checked
• Assistants do not have access to set up their own integrations, so this setting allows them to view and edit Practitioner integrations
• Can access pQ Pay Dashboard
• User can access the PracticeQ Pay dashboard to manage payment activity
