Fullscript: Create a New Recommendation

You have two options for creating a new Fullscript recommendation: from the Client's profile or from an Appointment Note.

Create a New Recommendation from the Client's Profile

1. Click the Fullscript Tab.

2. Click the Create a New Recommendation button. 

3. Select the Practitioner and search the product in the Fullscript user interface. 

4. Once you locate the product, click the Send Recommendation button at the bottom of the screen. This will send the recommendation to the client.

Create a New Recommendation from an Appointment Note

1. Click Lists → Notes.

2. Open the appointment note from the list.

3. Click More → Add Prescription.
