Fullscript: Cancel a Recommendation

Cancel Fullscript recommendations for a client in a few easy steps.

1. Click Lists → Clients.
2. Open the client profile and select the Fullscript tab.
3. Locate the recommendation you wish to cancel; click  Actions → Cancel.

   

4. You will be asked to confirm; click Yes.
5. You will see a red cancelled label next to the recommendation.
