Fullscript: Link a Recommendation to a Note

When you create a recommendation in Fullscript, you can create a note for it in PracticeQ, or link it to an existing note.

1. Open the client's profile.
2. Click the Fullscript tab.
3. Locate the existing recommendation.
4. Click Actions → Link to Note.
5. Select New Note to add the treatment plan to a new note, or select Existing Note to link the recommendation to an existing note in PracticeQ. 

   

6. Select the desired note from the dropdown menu.
7. You will receive a confirmation that the recommendation has been linked.
