Engage - Appointment Scheduling Changes

There will be some changes in appointment scheduling after your Engage integration.

Change Client Function

  • Once your practice is integrated with Engage, you will not be able to select the More → Change Client option for an existing appointment. 
  • Please cancel the appointment for the original client and schedule a new one for the intended client.

Add Client Function

  • Following the Engage integration, you can still use the More → Add Client function to add a client to an existing appointment.
  • However, Engage will only send reminders and confirmation requests to the original client scheduled.
