Engage - Appointment Scheduling Changes
There will be some changes in appointment scheduling after your Engage integration.
Change Client Function
- Once your practice is integrated with Engage, you will not be able to select the More → Change Client option for an existing appointment.
- Please cancel the appointment for the original client and schedule a new one for the intended client.

Add Client Function
- Following the Engage integration, you can still use the More → Add Client function to add a client to an existing appointment.
- However, Engage will only send reminders and confirmation requests to the original client scheduled.
