Fullscript: Add a Lab Order

Use Fullscript to send a lab order to a client in a few easy steps!

  1. Click Lists → Clients.
  2. Open the patient profile and select the Fullscript tab.
  3. Click the Create a New Recommendation button. 
  4. Select the Practitioner and click Start Recommendation.
  5. Ensure that you are in the client's profile in Fullscript.
  6. Click Catalog → Labs.
  7. Search the labs you need or select from the Popular Labs that display at the top of the list.
  8. Click Add to Plan. For each lab added, a green Test Added message will display at the bottom right.
  9. When you have added all lab orders, click the Review plan button at the top right.
  10. Add a message for the client, if needed.
  11. Click Send to patient.
