Fullscript: Important Client Information

Labs are available to patients 18 years or older in the United States except for New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Hawaii.
If you are located in one of the restricted states listed above, you can still register, opt in to use labs, and send recommendations to patients in other states. Fullscript will simply ask you to acknowledge that testing cannot be sent to patients in restricted states.
Clients in U.S. territories are not currently eligible.

All lab testing on Fullscript is cash-pay only.
Lab testing via Fullscript is not eligible for insurance reimbursement, including direct billing or retroactive reimbursement through a superbill.
Fullscript does not determine HSA/FSA eligibility for lab tests; encourage clients to check with their plan administrator to confirm HSA/FSA coverage.

Some labs (such as Quest) require that the client make an appointment.
Other labs (such as Precision Analytical (DUTCH), Diagnostic Solutions, Genova, 3X4 Genetics, and Doctor's Data) send kits to client's homes for self-testing.

Clients must create their own Fullscript accounts.
When you create a supplement/lab order for a client, the client will receive an email.
In the email, the client will be prompted to create a Fullscript account.
The client will log in to Fullscript to:
- View plans
- Purchase supplements
- Schedule lab testing
- View lab results
