ePrescribe: Set Up PDMP Reporting

With ePrescribe, your account has access to PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) reports from eligible states.

Important:

• To access PDMP reporting, you must create a separate account with Bamboo Health – formerly called Appriss. If you already have a Bamboo account through a separate integration, you must create a new one for ours. 
• It takes 5-7 days to receive credentials after the application is submitted online.
• This is a not a direct integration; Bamboo Health integrates with ScriptSure, who integrates with PracticeQ. If you can access Bamboo Health directly but cannot view your PDMP reports in PracticeQ, please reach out to us at hello@intakeq.com for assistance.

Step 1: Apply for Bamboo Health

1. Click here to visit their application page: https://go.bamboohealth.com/ehrrequest.
2. If your state displays in green, click the link below.
3. If your state displays in white, use the form on the right side of the page.
4. Some states fund this for their users so there is no charge. Other states charge for this (PA).
5. The following states do not integrate yet but they are in the works. You will need to use their state website in a new tab if possible.
   
   1. Guam
   2. Wisconsin
   3. Vermont
   4. New York
   5. Nebraska
   6. Utah
   7. Illinois
6. Please use the following for the Primary EHR Software and Primary Software Version fields:
   
   1. DAW Systems (Scriptsure)
   2. v2
7. Make sure to enter your correct User Type. If the User Type you select does not match the User Type you have on file with ScriptSure, your Bamboo account will not activate.

Step 2: Ensure Credential Entry

• Once you are approved, Bamboo Health will send your credentials to you and to Scriptsure via email. 
• Scriptsure will enter your credentials for you.
