ePrescribe: Search a Client

If the basic search in ePrescribe does not bring up the client you need, use the advanced filters.

1. Click More → ePrescribe.
2. Click Open Prescription App.
3. Click the three dots icon next to the Search bar.
4. Select Advanced Search.
5. Filter by Chart Number, SSN, Date of Birth, Phone, Zip Code, Practice, or Status.
6. Turn on the Include Removed Patients toggle if needed. 
7. Click Search.
