ePrescribe: Sync Diagnoses

Sync your Diagnostic Codes between PracticeQ and ScriptSure to keep client records consistent across platforms.

If you see red messages under your diagnostic codes stating *Diagnostic Code is not in sync with ePrescribe, follow the directions below.

  1. Click More → ePrescribe.
  2. Scroll down to Settings.
  3. Check the box labeled Sync Client Diagnosis.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Make sure that the diagnosis is entered in the prescription information in ePrescribe.
  6. Return to your diagnostic code list and refresh the page.
  7. If the red messages do not disappear, log out of PracticeQ and log back in.
