ePrescribe: Sync Diagnoses
Sync your Diagnostic Codes between PracticeQ and ScriptSure to keep client records consistent across platforms.
If you see red messages under your diagnostic codes stating *Diagnostic Code is not in sync with ePrescribe, follow the directions below.
- Click More → ePrescribe.
- Scroll down to Settings.
- Check the box labeled Sync Client Diagnosis.
- Click Save.
- Make sure that the diagnosis is entered in the prescription information in ePrescribe.
- Return to your diagnostic code list and refresh the page.
- If the red messages do not disappear, log out of PracticeQ and log back in.
