Track Unpaid Invoices

PracticeQ offers two ways to track unpaid client invoices.

Option 1: Add the Pending Invoices Widget

  1. From your Dashboard, click Edit Dashboard on the top right.
  2. Click Dashboard Library...
  3. Locate the Pending Invoices widget and click + Add to Dashboard.
  4. Click and drag the Pending Invoices widget to your desired location on the Dashboard.
  5. Click Save Layout.

Your unpaid invoices will now be visible on the Dashboard for one-click access.

Option 2: Create a Task

  1. Click the Tasks icon on your toolbar. It appears as a checkmark within a circle.
  2. Select My Tasks, Unassigned, or Others.
  3. Click New Task.
  4. Enter the following:
    1. Task Description
    2. Assign to: (if not assigned to you)
    3. Priority
    4. Due Date
    5. Time due on Due Date
    6. Notes
  5. Click Save Task.

Set Task Reminders

  1. Click the Tasks icon on your toolbar. It appears as a checkmark within a circle.
  2. Click the Filters icon and select Reminder Settings.
  3. Click Add Reminder.
  4. Select when the Email reminder should send to the assigned users, and which task Priorities will apply. You cannot set reminders for a specific task, only for tasks of the same priority level.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Repeat the process to add more than one reminder.
