PracticeQ Payments - Fee Breakdown

PracticeQ Payments is a cost-effective choice for processing payments. We are transparent about the fees you can expect.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

• Processing fee is 2.9% + 30¢ per credit/debit card payment.

ACH Transfers

• You pay 1%  ($10 Cap) per ACH payment.
• There is a fee of up to $25 for ACH transactions that fail to settle.

International Fees

• You pay a 1% added fee on all international transactions.

Refunds

• There is no fee to refund a payment; however, you the practice will not be refunded the processing fee for the original transaction.

Disputes

• You will be charged $25 per dispute submitted against you, regardless of whether the dispute is won or lost by your practice.
• You will be charged an additional $25 per won dispute that enters pre-arbitration.
• There is a $15.00 charge per dispute inquiry.
• A minimum fee of $500.00 will be charged to your practice if you enter arbitration for a dispute.
• Additional dispute fees may be levied during arbitration for a lost arbitration.

PCI Compliance

• A PCI Platform Fee of $7.50 will be assessed each month, beginning from your welcome to the platform. 
• After 90 days, the PCI Non-Compliance Fees of $54.95 will be assessed each month if you are non-compliant.
