PracticeQ Payments: Change Bank Account

If your practice needs to change your bank account information with PracticeQ Payments, choose our effortless submission option!

Options and Process

  • To change the bank account we deposit your funds into, visit the Payment Dashboard.
  • This should take anywhere from 1-3 days to complete, assuming the account information can be verified.
  • You will receive email notification once the change is complete.

Please note that PQ Pay accounts are tied to the legal business. If you are changing legal entities or business names, a new account will need to be set up. Please let us know if this is the case so we can further assist with PQ Pay account migration. 

1. From the Payment Dashboard, select the Settings tab. 

2. Choose the Update Account option to submit the change request.
