PracticeQ Payments: Why is my Account Under Conditional Approval?

When you apply for PracticeQ Payments, you may receive a notice that your account is in "Conditional Approval" status. Here is what that means.

  • An account will be conditionally approved when there is a pending verification document with the processing team.
  • The processing team may still be reviewing a document from your application, or has requested a document not previously included in your application.
  • PracticeQ Support will be in contact with your practice to let you know the document status or which document is still required.
  • While you are in Conditional Approval status, you can process payments, but the payments will not settle/fund to your bank account.
  • If you do not address your conditionally approved account within 30 days, your PracticeQ Payments application will expire.
