PracticeQ Payments: Application FAQ

Ready to apply for PracticeQ Payments? Here we answer common questions about the process.

How do I start my application?

  • Click Bookings → Booking Settings.
  • Select the Payments tab.
  • Click the Create your merchant account button to begin your application; it's that easy!

Can the PracticeQ Support Team apply for me?

  • No; the application contains sensitive information that we cannot submit on your behalf.
  • The application also requires your signature for the agreement with the processor.

How long will it take after I submit my application?

  • The processing team will typically review your application in 1-3 business days.

Where can I update my application?

  • Click Bookings → Booking Settings
  • Select the Payments tab. 
  • Upload all requested documentation and responses in this tab.

How long will it take for the team to review updates to my application?

  • The processing team will review your updates in one business day.
  • Please let the team know when you submit updates by emailing hello@intakeq.com.

Where can I see the status of my application after I submit it?

  • Click Bookings → Booking Settings.
  • Select the Payments tab.
  • Your application status and updates will display there.

I have a trial PracticeQ account. Can I still apply for PracticeQ Payments?

  • Yes, trial accounts may apply and be approved for PracticeQ Payments.
  • However, only paid accounts may begin to process payments.
