PracticeQ Payments: Update Timezone on Terminal

When the time changes for Daylight Savings, you may need to update the date and time settings on your card terminal.

We recommend that you update the date/time before the first transaction and after a Daylight Savings time change. 
  1. From the main credit sale screen, tap the three lines icon to access the Services menu.
  2. Tap Core.
  3. Tap Utilities.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Tap Date & Time.
  6. Ensure the date is correct by entering it in this format: MM:DD:YYYY.
  7. Press OK.
  8. Ensure the time is correct by entering it in this format: HH:MM:SS in military time.
  9. Press OK.
  10. Press the red key until you reach the home screen.
