SMS Opt-Out

Clients have the ability to opt out of all SMS messages from your practice; here is how it works!

  1. Client receives an SMS message from your office.
  2. The client responds with the word STOP. They may type this word in upper or lower case.
  3. When PracticeQ sees this message, it opts the client number out of ALL SMS communication from that point forward.
  4. The client receives a message explaining that they have been opted out. The message explains that if they wish to opt back in, they must reply START in the same thread.
