SMS Opt-Out
Clients have the ability to opt out of all SMS messages from your practice; here is how it works!
- Client receives an SMS message from your office.
- The client responds with the word STOP. They may type this word in upper or lower case.
- When PracticeQ sees this message, it opts the client number out of ALL SMS communication from that point forward.
- The client receives a message explaining that they have been opted out. The message explains that if they wish to opt back in, they must reply START in the same thread.
