ePrescribe: Manage Pharmacy Messages

Check your pharmacy messages to get the latest information on your prescriptions.

• Click the Rx icon on your toolbar.
• Once the ScriptSure interface opens, click Messages.

View Messages by Timeframe

1. Click the calendar icon on the top left.
2. Enter the Start Date and End Date or click a Period.
3. Click Apply.

View Messages by Category

1. Click the three lines icon to the left of All Pending Messages.
2. Select the message category you wish to view.

   

View Messages by Practice or Provider

1. Open the Practice and/or Provider dropdown menu.
2. Check the Practices/Providers for which you want to see messages.
3. Click Apply.
