ePrescribe: Access Outside of the US
Need to access ScriptSure while outside of the US?
You may receive the following error while trying to access ePrescribe:
Unknown Error
You have encountered an error. This can be due to a permissions problem; you may not have permissions to view the practice this patient was added to. This error an also occur if your EMR is trying to open the e-prescribing/medication screens with an incorrect reference to your username, email, practice, provider and/or patient ID's. Please contact your EMR vendor for help in resolving the issue.
If you receive this error message, please do the following:
- If you are outside of the United States, please ensure that you are connected to a US-based VPN. If you are not connected in this way, you will likely not be able to connect to ePrescribe.
- If you are connected to a US VPN and still cannot connect, please contact us at hello@intakeq.com
