About Read-Only Accounts

If your PracticeQ account is in Read-Only status, here is what you can and cannot do:

Abilities of a Read-Only Account

  • Staff can view the account
  • Staff can export data to CSV or PDF as usual
  • Staff can view portal messages
  • Clients can send messages in the secure client portal
  • Clients can complete forms previously sent to them
  • Clients can pay previously issued invoices

Limitations of a Read-Only Account

  • Staff cannot create/edit form templates
  • Staff cannot send forms to clients
  • Staff cannot reject questionnaires
  • Staff cannot send/modify/edit forms, notes, invoices, or templates.
  • Staff cannot disable forms
  • Staff cannot unsend forms
  • Staff cannot reply to client portal messages
  • Staff cannot edit portal settings if they had self-registration enabled
