About Read-Only Accounts
If your PracticeQ account is in Read-Only status, here is what you can and cannot do:
Abilities of a Read-Only Account
- Staff can view the account
- Staff can export data to CSV or PDF as usual
- Staff can view portal messages
- Clients can send messages in the secure client portal
- Clients can complete forms previously sent to them
- Clients can pay previously issued invoices
Limitations of a Read-Only Account
- Staff cannot create/edit form templates
- Staff cannot send forms to clients
- Staff cannot reject questionnaires
- Staff cannot send/modify/edit forms, notes, invoices, or templates.
- Staff cannot disable forms
- Staff cannot unsend forms
- Staff cannot reply to client portal messages
- Staff cannot edit portal settings if they had self-registration enabled
