Custom Header in PDF Forms
With IntakeQ you can have a separate custom header that’s used only in the printed version of your forms. This is useful for users who have colorful or flashy headers in their web forms but prefer to have a more formal and discreet header when the document is printed.
To set this up follow the instructions below:
- Go to the "More" menu.
- Select "Settings".
- Click on the "PDF Form Header".
- Tick the "Enable Custom Header" box.
- Enter the custom PDF header in the text editor.
