Client Timeline FAQ

The timeline is is one of the most powerful features in a client’s profile, providing a clear visual of the client's sessions, notes and forms. 

How do I view the timeline?

  • Click Lists → Clients or click the magnifying glass icon to search for the client.
  • Open the client profile and their timeline will display on the left.

What does the Pinned Note at the top mean?

  • A pinned note is a piece of client data that you can elect to display at the top of client timelines.

Can I customize what I see in the timeline?

  • Yes! Click the Filter List icon on the top left of the timeline and select the items you wish to see. Your selected items will display a dark arrow and your unselected items will display a light arrow.

What actions can I initiate from the timeline?

  • Click the green plus sign icon and an actions menu will display. You can start a note, book a session, send a form or journal, and even create a Good Faith Estimate from the client timeline.
