Audit Sent Emails
Use the Emails Report to view queued, sent, and bounced emails in a date range.
Generate the Report
- Click Reports → Emails.
- Click the Date field to open the date picker menu.
- Select your preferred date range and click Apply.
- Click the Client field to enter a client name, if desired.
- Open the Status dropdown menu and select an email status, if desired. Your options are:
- Queued
- Sent
- Bounced
- Your report will generate with the following columns:
- Date sent
- Client Name and recipient email address
- Email Subject
- Status
- Opened; A blue Opened tag will display for emails opened by the recipient
View and Export the Report
Note: The Emails Report export can be particularly useful if you wish to see how times you have sent a specific email in a time period. Just open the export in your preferred spreadsheet software application and sort the Subject column!
