Audit Sent Emails

Use the Emails Report to view queued, sent, and bounced emails in a date range.

Generate the Report

  1. Click Reports → Emails.
  2. Click the Date field to open the date picker menu.
  3. Select your preferred date range and click Apply.
  4. Click the Client field to enter a client name, if desired.
  5. Open the Status dropdown menu and select an email status, if desired. Your options are:
    1. Queued
    2. Sent
    3. Bounced
  6. Your report will generate with the following columns:
    1. Date sent
    2. Client Name and recipient email address
    3. Email Subject
    4. Status
    5. Opened; A blue Opened tag will display for emails opened by the recipient

View and Export the Report

  • Click the blue Open link to view the email contents.
  • To export the report, open the dropdown menu next to the Search button and select Export to CSV. The export will be limited to 50,000 line items.
  • If your report exceeds the limit, export your data in filtered batches. Learn more here.

  • Note: The Emails Report export can be particularly useful if you wish to see how times you have sent a specific email in a time period. Just open the export in your preferred spreadsheet software application and sort the Subject column!
