Read-Only Option FAQ
Need to pause client care or cancel PracticeQ? If you still need access to client information, PracticeQ offers a convenient Read-Only option.
Because most healthcare practices are legally required to retain patient records for seven years, the Read-Only option is a cost-effective choice!
How much does the Read-Only option cost?
- The Read-Only charge is $10/month.
- This charge covers the entire account; practitioners will not pay separately.
- The cost may increase depending on database size.
- Your subscription price will reflect the Read-Only charge once your next billing cycle begins.
