The information you provide Aperia Compliance for your network scan will depend on how you collect client card data.

If clients provide card data while scheduling in the booking widget:

• Provide your own website domain or IP for your network scan.
  • If you do not know this information, contact your IT team or your website host.

If you manually input client card details into PracticeQ, OR have clients enter their card data via consent forms:

• Provide IP 216.21.12.26 for your network scan.
