How to Make a Questionnaire or Consent Form Unsharable as an Admin
As an administrator, your forms are, by default, shared with all other users on your account. Sometimes, you may want to keep a form hidden, so no one else on your team will use the form, or perhaps you're making a new form and want to test it before sharing it with the other practitioners. The instructions below show how to accomplish that.
To make an admin questionnaire private:
- Navigate to "My Forms" and open the form you want to make private.
- Click on "... > Settings".
- Check that box that says "Don't share this form with other practitioners in my organization".
To make an admin consent form private:
- Navigate to "My Forms" and open the form you want to make private.
- Click on "Access Control".
- Check the box that says "Don't share this form with other practitioners".
