How to Send Forms Using the Client Portal

IntakeQ offers several ways to get a client to fill out a form. One of our preferred ways is to send it using our secure client portal. To send a form using the portal, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the speech bubble icon on the top menu bar.
  2. Select the client on the left side bar or invite the client if they are not in the list yet.
  3. Click on "..." under the text box and select "Send Form".

  4. In the popup, select the form from the dropdown list and click on the "Send Form" button.

Your client will receive a notification that there is a pending message waiting for them and be asked to log in to your client portal, where a request to fill out the form will be waiting for them.
