How to Send Forms Using the Client Portal
IntakeQ offers several ways to get a client to fill out a form. One of our preferred ways is to send it using our secure client portal. To send a form using the portal, follow the steps below:
- Click on the speech bubble icon on the top menu bar.
- Select the client on the left side bar or invite the client if they are not in the list yet.
- Click on "..." under the text box and select "Send Form".
- In the popup, select the form from the dropdown list and click on the "Send Form" button.
Your client will receive a notification that there is a pending message waiting for them and be asked to log in to your client portal, where a request to fill out the form will be waiting for them.
