Transfer Form Templates Between Practitioners

PracticeQ allows you to transfer form templates between practitioners in the same account.

1. Log in as an administrator, or make sure your user profile has the Can transfer templates permission checked.
2. Click My Forms.
3. Locate the form template you wish to transfer.
4. Click the three dots icon on the top right corner of the template.
5. Select Transfer to...
6. Enter the name of the practitioner to whom you wish to transfer the form.
7. Click Move Form.

Notes:

• Transferring a form template will remove the form from the prior Practitioner's collection.
• If you wish to keep a copy of the form for yourself, make sure to duplicate the form before transferring.
• By default, all templates stored under the admin account will be shared with all users.
