Resend a Form Invitation to a Client

Sometimes a client loses the original form invitation email to access their form, or the questionnaire form expires before they complete it. Resend the original form invitation email to the client, with a new password, so that the client can resume the form where they left off.

  1. Open the client profile from Lists → Clients or by searching their name.
  2. Select the form from the client timeline on the left.
  3. Click More → Resend Form.

Note: This option will not be available if the client has already submitted the form. In those cases, reject the intake form as shown in the following article: Reject an Intake Form.

Change the Method Used to Send the Form

  1. Did you originally send the form via email, and want to re-send it to the client via SMS, or vice versa?
  2. Our system allows you to change this when resending the form invitation; click the down arrow to open the dropdown menu.
