Display a Custom Message When a Form is Submitted

IntakeQ allows you to show your clients a custom message after they have submitted a form. The custom text will be positioned between our thank you message and a "Sign Out" button. For security reasons, the client will be logged off after 60 seconds.

Please note that for important messages, it's also good to use the submission confirmation email to decrease the chance that the client will not read the message.

Adding the Custom Submission Message

To add the custom submission message to a form, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to "My Forms" and open the desired intake questionnaire.
  2. Click on "... > Settings" and go to the "Advanced" tab.
  3. Scroll down to find the option "Form Submitted Message".

To improve usability, IntakeQ will make any URLs and email addresses included in this message clickable.
