Display a Custom Message When a Form is Submitted
PracticeQ allows you to display a custom message after clients have submitted a form.
- The custom text will appear between the Thank you message and the Sign Out button.
- For security reasons, the client will be logged off automatically after 60 seconds on this page.
Note: For important messages, we recommend using the submission confirmation email to increase the chance that the client reads the message.

Add the Custom Submission Message
- Click My Forms and open the desired form.
- Click the three dot icon and select Settings.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to the Form Submitted Message field.
- Enter your custom message.
- Click Close.
Note: To improve usability, PracticeQ will make any URLs and email addresses included in your message clickable!
