Display a Custom Message When a Form is Submitted

PracticeQ allows you to display a custom message after clients have submitted a form. 

  • The custom text will appear between the Thank you message and the Sign Out button. 
  • For security reasons, the client will be logged off automatically after 60 seconds on this page.

Note: For important messages, we recommend using the submission confirmation email to increase the chance that the client reads the message.

Add the Custom Submission Message

  1. Click My Forms and open the desired form.
  2. Click the three dot icon and select Settings.
  3. Select the Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Form Submitted Message field.
  5. Enter your custom message.
  6. Click Close.

Note: To improve usability, PracticeQ will make any URLs and email addresses included in your message clickable!
