IntakeQ creates a client ID for each client in your account/timeline. This allows you to ask us questions related to your clients and event logs without sharing any identifying information related to your client, but rather by a computer generated client ID, which is only available to you and your staff who have access to that client. If you ever have questions regarding a client, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the client ID so that we can pass it to a Database Administrator (DBA) for review.
Finding a Client's ID
- Access your client's timeline using the magnifying glass icon and entering their name/phone number/email/client ID, or by clicking on "Lists > Clients".
- On the client's "Basic Information" section, the Client ID will be listed at the start of the second row (shown below).
