Client Events Log
IntakeQ tracks what actions are performed on clients, as well as actions your clients perform, in the system. These actions are displayed on each client's profile so you can always check to see if your client received a form you sent, if they've logged on to it, and a myriad of other event actions.
To access the event log of each client, follow the steps noted below:
- Access your client list by navigating to "Lists > Clients".
- Select the client that you would like to view the event log for.
- On the client profile, click the "Events" tab.
Below is an example of some events you'd see in the events log, there are many more though based on the various actions your team members, and your clients, can perform.
