Changing Clients on Scheduled Appointments
IntakeQ's booking system allows you to re-assign appointments to different clients whenever needed. The steps below will show you how to do this on an appointment that has been already scheduled.
- Navigate to your booking calendar by clicking on "Bookings" in the main navigation bar. You can also access appointments from the timeline of individual clients from the "Lists > Clients" screen, or also from the "Lists > Appointments" screen.
- Click on an appointment to bring up it's dialog that contains all of the appointment details.
- Select "More > Change Client" as shown above, and a window will appear allowing you to select a different client within your client list to assign the appointment to.
- With the proper patient selected, click "Save" to finalize the client change for that specific appointment.
