Changing Clients on Scheduled Appointments

IntakeQ's booking system allows you to re-assign appointments to different clients whenever needed. The steps below will show you how to do this on an appointment that has been already scheduled.

  1. Navigate to your booking calendar by clicking on "Bookings" in the main navigation bar. You can also access appointments from the timeline of individual clients from the "Lists > Clients" screen, or also from the "Lists > Appointments" screen.
  2. Click on an appointment to bring up it's dialog that contains all of the appointment details.

  3. Select "More > Change Client" as shown above, and a window will appear allowing you to select a different client within your client list to assign the appointment to.

  4. With the proper patient selected, click "Save" to finalize the client change for that specific appointment.
