Reordering Practitioners on Your Team
If you have multiple practitioners on your team in IntakeQ, you may come across a situation where you'd like to reorder them so they appear differently in system dropdown menus, as well as the booking widget.
Reordering Practitioners in System Dropdowns
To adjust the order that your practitioners display in system dropdowns, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "More > Team" and go to the "Practitioners" tab.
- On the right side of each practitioner you'll see a "three lines icon", click and hold this to drag the practitioner to a different position in the order (up/down).
Reordering Practitioners in the Booking Widget
To adjust the order that your practitioners display in the booking widget, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to "Bookings" and click on the "Booking Settings" button in the upper right corner.
- You'll be on the "Hours/Locations" tab by default, and see your practitioners listed.
- To change the order they'll appear in the booking widget, hover over their name, click and hold on the "direction icon", then drag the practitioner left/right to a new position in the order.
