Add Services to an Invoice Without an Appointment
Invoices are typically created based on scheduled service appointments, but you can also add a service to a manually created invoice without having a prior appointment with the client. You can then use the invoice to charge clients or to create a superbill.
- Create a new invoice, or open an existing invoice.
- Select Actions → Edit Invoice.
- Under the Items section, click Add Item.
- Select Show Services from the dropdown menu that appears.This will display all the services you have set up in your account.
- Select a Service from the list to add it as a line item on the invoice.
- Set a date on the line item if you'd like, add taxes, or adjust the price, if needed.
- When you have finished adding items to the invoice, click the green button in the bottom right corner to either Create or Update it.
Note: Adding services to an invoice in this manner does not schedule an appointment; it simply charges for services without going through the booking process.
