Add Services to an Invoice Without an Appointment

Invoices are typically created based on scheduled service appointments, but you can also add a service to a manually created invoice without having a prior appointment with the client. You can then use the invoice to charge clients or to create a superbill.

  1. Create a new invoice, or open an existing invoice.
  2. Select Actions → Edit Invoice.
  3. Under the Items section, click Add Item.
  4. Select Show Services from the dropdown menu that appears.This will display all the services you have set up in your account.
  5. Select a Service from the list to add it as a line item on the invoice. 
  6. Set a date on the line item if you'd like, add taxes, or adjust the price, if needed.
  7. When you have finished adding items to the invoice, click the green button in the bottom right corner to either Create or Update it.

Note: Adding services to an invoice in this manner does not schedule an appointment; it simply charges for services without going through the booking process.
